picks up new clients
VISTA, Calif. (January 8, 2007)—Professional Community Management of California, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of homeowner associations, obtained new clients in San Diego County.
PCM was selected to manage San Miguel III Homeowner Association, a 56-condominium community, located on North The Strand Street in Oceanside, Calif. As the professional manager of the association, PCM will provide financial assistance for the association, communicate with the board of directors for the association and the residents, and manage vendors for landscaping and other services.
“We have experienced continuous growth throughout the county,” said Jim Fraker, vice president of PCM. “There are several new and existing associations that are seeking experienced and qualified professional management companies.”
Located near the pier and boasting an ocean view, the 17-year-old development serves as a vacation home for many of its residents. PCM will help the community to be proactive through its hands-on, hospitality-style of customer service. All of PCM’s managers are certified by California Community Association Management to ensure that it provides each of its clients with quality service.
San Miguel III Homeowner Association will be managed by PCM’s North County office, located at 906 Sycamore Avenue, Suite 201 in Vista, Calif.
PCM’s Metro office, located near downtown San Diego, also obtained four new clients: Steele Canyon Estates Homeowners Association, located in Jamul; Bernardo Heights Unit 12 Association of Homeowners also known as Las Brisas, located in Rancho Bernardo; Rancho del Ray Estates Homeowners Association, located in Chula Vista; and Crown Bay Owners Association, located in downtown San Diego.
